Lsyncd uses file system event interfaces (inotify or fsevents) to monitor changes to local files and directories. Lsyncd organizes these events for a few seconds and then generates one or more processes to synchronize changes to the remote file system. The default synchronization method is rsync
Lsyncd is a lightweight real-time mirror solution. Lsyncd is relatively easy to install and does not require new file systems or block devices. Lysncd does not interfere with local file system performance
Contact DAEMON Tools technical support with any questions or issues. Sep 30, 2015 DAEMON Sync is a useful tool for suspicious users (you know, the sort who wear aluminum foil hats) to create a practical backup network between local devices, with the only loss risk lying in the capacity of the local drives to preserve the content. Meet free cloud solution from DAEMON Tools! Sync files from app to PC & Mac, share photos & videos, back up your data and stay secure inside local network.
Firstly, remove the argument -block-sync-size=10. The daemon uses a sane default, so this option is not required and could potentially cause issues. Second, try quitting the daemon, deleting p2pstate.bin, then restarting the daemon. This clears your previously used peers, which may have been the problem.
Fine-grained customization can be achieved through configuration files. Custom operation configurations can even be written from scratch, from shell scripts to code written in Lua
